So, I now using our Wii to weigh-in. It's here and reliable, and weighs to the tenth, which I like. Yesterday, the official weigh-in put me at a loss of just a little more than 26 pounds! That's pretty exciting, if you ask me.
Husby is pretty thrilled for me too and has promised to take dancing (as in ballroom/couples) lessons with me when I loose 20 more pounds. Well, 14 is all I need to lose to reach my one-year goal, but the extra six would be so worth it.
In other One-Year Goal news ... I am planning to join the YMCA this week. I was planning to join on Tuesday, but rumor has it if one joins on Friday, their 90th anniversary, one gets a 20 percent discount on membership. The one glitch in this plan is that swimming lesson registration begins on Tuesday. So I have a couple of options:
1. Join on Tuesday at full rate; get discounted rate for swimming lessons.
2. Pay full rate for swimming lessons on Tuesday; join on Friday at discounted rate.
3. Wait until Friday to join and to sign up for swimming lesson, both at discounted rates (hoping Pearl can get into the class I want her in).
Any thoughts?
My current one-year goal is to capture our family's life in 10 pictures each month. I am starting this goal in March 2016 and will conclude it in February 2017.

Bummer
The scale was not at church yesterday. After three weeks of not being diligent about following WW, that might have been a good thing. So, I must come up with a new plan for weigh-ins, as my journey as not ended, just the Biggest Loser Club at church. I would love to know how much weight was lost or percentages or anything. I wonder if there will be any updates? I'm guessing not, as the blog kind of stopped about two months ago. Oh well.
So, I did jump on the scale at home this morning. It showed another small loss, and really, any loss would be impressive, as I'm fairly certain four out of the seven days last week I had "non-diet" desserts. Oops! However, I think I will use our Wii, as it is more precise, so I will jump on that tomorrow morning or maybe later today. I know, the same time and blah blah blah, but sometimes, when you are running a few days behind, you take what you can get!
Until the weigh-in is official ...

The Scale is Still There
I hope it stays there. I like it at the church, even if I'm away for a week. :-) The new total is 22.4 pounds sent packing. Woo-hoo!
I am super excited, and plan to continue down this path until I hit my One-Year Goal!!!

80 Sticks of Butter and Counting ...
I know, gross, right? But, I have lost around 20 pounds now, and that's 80 sticks of butter. I didn't make it to church on Sunday because of another cold, but did step on the scale on Wednesday when I was at church. Hopefully the scale will still be there on Sunday, as I'd like to do a weigh in at home then at church on the same day, so at least I know how much, if any, the discrepancy is.
I know it's not a huge thing, as long as all of them keep showing smaller numbers!

Staying Motivated
I'll admit it: after the weekend's activities, it's been a little bit hard this week to get back on the WW Express. It's not that I don't want too, it's just been that we have left over food, the twin's actual birthdays, an ice cream social at school, and now the fair. ARGGG!!

Woo-Hoo
Yea! Despite taking a mini-break from WW, I still lost 1.2 pounds. :-)
What's a mini-break you may be asking? It's not knowing exactly what you had for points Sunday night, eating super yummy Boss' pizza on Tuesday night and then having family here for the weekend and celebrating the Twin Bops birthdays! :-) Yesterday was another "non-compliant" WW day, but I'm going to try to get back on board today. Our last weigh-in for the summer Biggest Loser's Club at church is this upcoming Sunday, and I'd like to hit the 20 pound mark. (It's okay if I don't, but I would like to.)

Back on the Scale
We were back at church this week, which meant back on the "official" weigh-in scale. Good news again this week ... I have lost about seven pounds since the last time I weighed in. Officially, that makes 17.2 pounds that have disappeared from my body. I wonder where it goes?
While I haven't really noticed any huge changes in my body, I will tell you this: My pants are starting to not fit so great. This is a good and bad thing. Good because it's a nice feeling; bad because I want to lose at least another 23 pounds or so ... what's a girl to do?
